Job Description

Cyborg Automation Hub are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic software development company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the CEO’s daily operations run smoothly, maintaining effective coordination across departments, and managing executive schedules and travel arrangements with precision and professionalism.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up with internal departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and directives issued by the CEO.
  • Manage, review, and organize the CEO’s daily calendar, including scheduling appointments, prioritizing meetings, and providing timely reminders.
  • Arrange, coordinate, and confirm meetings (internal and external), ensuring proper preparation of agendas and required documentation.
  • Organize and manage the CEO’s travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing detailed travel itineraries.
  • Track and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure completion within deadlines.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal teams when required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and executive information.
  • Ensure smooth daily workflow by anticipating needs and proactively resolving scheduling or coordination conflicts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Experience supporting senior management or executives is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
